mocha covered strawberries
Instructions:
Add the chocolate chips and espresso powder into a small bowl and melt via microwave in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until mixture is smooth and glossy. Dip your strawberries into the chocolate mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
