coffee ice cream

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup brewed TBC

2 tbsp ground espresso

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk brewed coffee and condensed milk until smooth in color.

2. Using a stand mixer set on medium, whisk the heavy cream until it reaches a peak.

3. Slowly add the brewed coffee and condensed milk into the heavy cream with the mixer on low. Add in the ground espresso.

4. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips. Then, transfer to a freezer safe container and place in freezer for 6 hours.

5. Enjoy your homemade ice cream!
