strawberry tiramisu trifle

Ingredients:

- 1 qt fresh strawberries

- 1 1/2 cup milk

- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding

- 1 tbsp finely ground coffee

- 8 oz mascarpone cheese

- 2 cups TBC cold brew

- 2 cups cool whip

- 1 pack ladyfingers

- shaved chocolate (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Slice strawberries with stems removed.

2. Whisk milk, pudding, and ground coffee. Refrigerate pudding while using an electric mixer to beat mascarpone cheese and 2 tbsp TBC cold brew. Remove pudding from fridge and beat into mascarpone and cold brew mixture. Fold in cool whip.

3. Dip ladyfingers into cold brew on both sides (don't dip ahead of time) and line the bottom of your trifle glass. Top the ladyfingers with a layer of strawberries, then a layer of the mascarpone mixture, then shaved chocolate.

4. Repeat the above step until the trifle glass is full and top with the mascarpone mixture, shaved chocolate, and a strawberry for garnish.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and enjoy! The perfect light and refreshing dessert for summer :)
