Salted Caramel Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies

We know we don’t have to convince you to make these. Let’s start baking. 😉

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF

  • Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and ground coffee in a medium bowl

  • In an electric mixer, mix butter and sugars until it becomes creamy, then, add in vanilla and eggs

  • Fold chocolate chips and caramel chips into the dough

  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 24-72 hours. However, if you need cookies NOW feel free to pop them in the oven and let them bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy 😊

3 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp ground coffee/espresso powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 1/4 light brown sugar

1 cup butter

2 tsp vanilla

2 large eggs

3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup salted caramel baking chips
