Salted Caramel Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies
We know we don’t have to convince you to make these. Let’s start baking. 😉
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and ground coffee in a medium bowl
In an electric mixer, mix butter and sugars until it becomes creamy, then, add in vanilla and eggs
Fold chocolate chips and caramel chips into the dough
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 24-72 hours. However, if you need cookies NOW feel free to pop them in the oven and let them bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy 😊

2 tbsp ground coffee/espresso powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 light brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup salted caramel baking chips
