cappuccino ice cream popsicles

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Espresso (cooled)

  • Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add your vanilla ice cream to a popsicle mold, enough to your liking, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes

  • Then, add the espresso to the mold and freeze for 2-3 hours. If desired, pop in some espresso beans before putting the mold back into the freezer

  • Eazy-peazy! A refreshing treat your kids will be after!
